Last night I decided to pop down to Xes to join unnamed and Peter, felt a little fuming after a comment made about me to unnamed from the barman but I held my cool when I arrived there. But still what a terrible feeling I had been in there. Its just not what is used to be any more even down to the people and plus its 80% straight now. I stayed for 15 mins before we all left and came back home. To me this was the final nail in the coffin and I have no further plans to appear at Xes again. To what used to be my regular weekend nights out full of fun, good people and a great atmosphere has turned into a dull place, full of straight Chavs, lack of gay people and a bad atmosphere. Its been like it for ages now but the more I went the worse it appeared and last night it became all clear. How a place can slide downhill so quickly is beyond me. I go out for a good night and Xes does not offer this anymore. In the long run it can only be a good thing especially for my own health.
