My day off work today and very needed so I thought I'd pop through and see my friend Claire who I've not seen for ages, hardly ever see here since I moved up and she don't really live that far away but with work and stuff etc etc it gets a little difficult.
Mind it were nice to see her and catch up on gossip and stuff and nice to see her little one walking. It's hard to believe I were there for the birth and now he is walking around and almost a year old, wow. I stayed there for a few hours before coming back home. I think we are gonna get off out to Dempsey's or something next weekend seems we ain't been out together for ages. I did ask her to come to Climax but she does not have the money for it. I was looking forward to Climax actually until my shift on the Saturday got changed from a 10am start to an 8 meaning I won't get much of a lie in after a night out and then it's a 10 hour shift, eeeek.
