Bonfire Night

Sunday I was at the cinema at Meadowhall with Russel and Danny to see Saw 5, good film and kinda what I expected it to be. I do enjoy a good horror film especially that can keep me on my toes as the Saw films do. After the cinema we had a drink at Affinity and then Dempsey's before going home as I had work Monday.

Wednesday it was Bonfire night, I'd arranged to go the big one in Sheffield called After Dark, so once I'd finished work at 7pm Matt was there ready for us to go, it's been raining for the past few days and tonight it was raining but had stopped when we were ready to go, but we was not really dressed for the night, shoes wise I mean

The event was rammed full, we could not even get to the fire part, we could see it in the distance lol but attempting to walk over a rather muddy field did not appeal to us so decided to stick to the clean areas, still slightly muddy but bearable.

Strike from Britain's Got Talent were there, but again as they were so far away I just caught a glimpse of a body in the background, I'm sure they were OK anyway lol. The highlight of the night, the main attraction been the fireworks, well worth the £8 we spent each getting into After Dark, but yes it has to be the best firework display I think I've ever seen and lasted around 15 minutes, most of which I caught on video and I've posted for you to watch, for anyone watching you will see it plays in sync with the music been played, which I thought was rather clever but I did enjoy them and I'm glad I came, the rest of the event was pants and as soon as the fireworks finished we left to go for a few drinks, I went to get changed before meeting Russel in Dempsey's around half 10, here I stayed till before 12 before going home as I've got work Thursday.

I've been feeling on and off for over a week and today at work (Thursday) was no exception and again I had a really bad stomach ache, unsure what is wrong with me but it's getting rather annoying, hopefully this will clear soon as I've holidays approaching.
