Well I managed to sleep well last night as normal actually so all good there and I woke this morning with no pain so again all good there. Once I was up though I just had to take the tight band off because I wanted to see how 24 hours had made a difference and what a difference so far. I can't believe that it looks like I've just woken up with a flat stomach, I mean time will tell but all looks very good so far so one is a very happy person at the minute
It feels a bit more uncomfortable today, not painful but feels like I am bruised when I'm not as there is no brusing there but it's nothing I cannot cope with. I will continue to lay down and rest.
