
What is it with some customers?
I spoke to a women today for around 40 mins who clearly were unhappy with a situation. What really bugs me is that when they ring up the options to select are very clear and she came through to Sales, can someone advise why a complaint from a high rate customer would result in a customer selecting Sales. This is an everyday thing that winds me up.
This women in question starting off on one and began blaming the company for suffering Alopecia do to the issues she had had trying to sort her problem out, not only that but then she began telling me she was demented before I eventually told her I could do nothing and she threatened to kill herself, and repeated this a few times. What is one meant to do. It makes me wonder how these people behave at home.
I then had another customer crying, nothing to do with the company, something in her personal life I believe but why phone up crying. Honestly.
