Work & Changes

Finally finally finally weeks after waiting something has been done. Firstly to start off with my shift that I were contracted to for a year that were making me ill that I suffered doing for 2 months has been changed back to a 5 day working week and the reason was put down to ill health, a bit OTT mind but least it got the shift changed, mind the hours are 12 till 8 for most my shifts but I do tend to be offered early shifts quite a lot. Not only that but I have had my weekends changed, something I thought I would have had refused so I work a different Saturday to what I usually do meaning that me and John now work and have the same weekends off meaning when we are both off we get the full weekend together.

So that's the shift sorted and out the way. Finally about my management progression, I shall be helping tomorrow and some time next week back to floor walking with some new starters. Apparently there maybe something coming up but I'm keeping tight lipped until I'm 100% positive what that is but if its true its a good opportunity but ya never know. It were nice to know that a manager requested me to do it, seems I do come in handy.

Also sorted out today is my tax code meaning I should no longer be on emergency tax from this month but it could end up been next month, hopefully my tax back should return in my next months pay in time for Christmas but at least my money is normal now.

Also sorted out is my bonus which was showing a lower amount than it was so its been corrected meaning next week I'll come out with a £500 bonus, my overtime and my basic wage as well with normal tax. So today has been good in the fact everything is sorted but its pretty much dragged as there has hardly been any calls coming in, maybe it's the run up to Christmas. Coming onto Christmas, my mums present is sorted, paid for and out the way, a nice microwave she wanted, John shall be having a ring, we are buying one for each other, Claire I've not decided on and her little one will get some new jeans or something.
