Work is going really good at the min as is the managing of the team which I began doing on Monday, it's a bit draining even though there is only 5 to look after but there is still work I have to do before they start their shifts, preparations for the day etc. Andrea my manager told me today that I'm going to be her second manager, it's some new thing that has come into place where each manager has a second manager to cover them etc when they are off, on hol and general stuff like that. This means when I do finally go back online some time in the new year I shall get time offline to shadow my manager to see how it's all done. 
I ran a little competition at work today giving away my own money to inspire the team to work harder and it paid off so I shall run another one in the week. Least it looks good on me if they all leave me in 2 weeks doing well.
Oh me and John have our rings now, we got them at the weekend but we have got them on now rather than Christmas so we shall have to buy each other something else for Christmas now. Christmas is coming very fast, I've got everything I needed.
