I've been rushed off my feet at work today floorwalking even though I've been doing it all week, today meant advisers coming out of training to do something new. I must have heard my name been shouted from all directions all day, maybe a few hundred times lol.
The new people had been given 2 days training, I had a managers training of 4 hours and was basically floorwalking on something I had never done, mind I picked it up in no time which is a bloody good job as they really needed my help. Running back on forth on the floor is not my thing lol, my head hurts from all the thinking, my feet are killing from all the walking about and to top it off I had hardly any time for a break all day. Mind its a big stepping stone for my future career there which is looking very good now. Especially with the news I'm going to be managing. I felt like I was pulling my hair out............
As from Monday I manage a team of 5 all to myself for a 2 week period, the group is the one John is in, meaning I'm his boyfriend and now his boss for 2 weeks too. It had to be cleared that we both must be 100% professional otherwise I would be taken out of the management role. So I'm excited yet very nervous as it's all new but to be honest I've been kinda doing it anyway, presentations and what not and learning and floorwalking yada yada yada.
It's the weekend now so a nice break but I won't be out, cant be bothered and need some time to rest and be prepared for work on Monday. I need to be 100% on the ball. Oh and yesterday I won £800 in total on some slots, how cool is that. It must be my luck lol, but that could run out so I shall have to hold back from gambling away.
