Andrea left me in charge today making this the 1st day taking on her role whilst she is off. Mind she was there today but just watching and making sure I know what I'm doing etc. However she did leave me at 4pm and went home leaving me sat at her desk on my own, thinking what the hell do I do now?
So I got myself into gear and had a play around with everything on my own to make sure I knew where it all was and making sure I understood the systems and things. There is actually quite a lot to do but I'm sure I will be fine. Plus I've got a great manager behind me and a fab team who won't let me down ready for when she gets back.
Monday I might run a little incentive, I've got something in mind so if I remember to do it I shall. To be honest they don't really need inspiring to do much the team pretty much runs on its own. Tomorrow I've got some side by side coaching today just to finish off the people I not do today. I will be in work early tomorrow to get some stats filled in as I am the only 8am manager tomorrow. Could be good, Could be bad. We shall see.
