Well this morning I've had to take my patch off and it was the last one in the pack. At the time of writing this blog I've not had a patch on for around 8 hours and so far I feel ok, which is a good thing. I still wish that the bleeding gums I have would stop sometime soon, the other effects on stopping seem to have worn off apart from the odd craving I might have some times but that is when I would usually smoke a herbel cig instead.
Anyway I've only done half a day at work and that half a day was spent floor walking as John is off ill today. I'm not a big fan of floor walking, stood on your feet all day answering the same questions over and over, gets very boring and repetative and I've done it in the past for far too long so hopefully I won't do this too often.
