As you can see I seem to be dedicating this blog to my none smoking at the minute, I guess mainly because it's a big change I'm attempting to make in my life at the minute. However here I am on day 3 and still without a single cig, not even a drag. To be honest I don't think I've really thought about it much today unless people have asked me how it's going.
Mind work has been a little mad today so been rushed off my feet for the 1st few hours before it calmed down in the afternoon, usually I would have gone out for a cig to feel better lol. That's another point as well on my breaks and lunches you come to realise how much extra time you have to a point where it's difficult to fill the time because it would have been taken up by smoking.
Tonight I was out with Patrick and Russel in Dempseys from around half 10 till 2.30am which would be my night out without smoking and I'm glad to say I managed the night out very well and smoked none at all. I did stand outside with them when they smoked mainly for fresh air seems it does get really hot in that place but I just had gum instead of a cig lol. Dempseys tonight was alright, a bit dead at first but it picked up, the music was alright as well but not really any nice men out as there never is. Once I left around half 2 to go home leaving Patrick to stay till the end I came and watched Big Brother before going to bed, mind Patrick then arrived around 5am in a rather drunk state, he fell asleep in the bathroom with the door locked I only knew as I heard him snoring so I kept ringing his phone till he woke up and came out but he denied been a sleep lol till he checked his phone and confirmed what I'd just told him. He is so blonde at times.
