The patch went on last night using a 15mg patc so I believe to be the strongest and last night around 10pm I smoked my last cig. Patrick came over last night and stayed over as well, so he was also late for work this morning bless him but then again he was a little on the drunk side when he arrived last night. But anyway this morning when I woke I usually need a cig but was in no need for one. Also I was managing at work as I am till this Friday and usually when I manage I seem to smoke more plus there is more pressure but I've not had a cig all day and it's now approaching the first 24 hours. I don't even feel agitated or anything, but I'm sure that is bound to change as I've been here once before and after a few days it did seem to hit me but as I said though I did manage 5 weeks before this time I'm hoping to be stopped and continue that way by the time by holidays arrives on the 30th of September.
One shall now see how I manage the second day and then of course the weekend wen I go out, that proved to be the most difficult part last time, achievable but difficult.
Oh and the teeth whitening does appear to have worked after all, mind though last nigh I had a lot of pain, mainly sensitive teeth but after I got up today, all was ok.
