After over 2 years in the job, hard work, commitment to the role and the right guidance from people I work with and been managed by I was informed today that the team I've been managing for the last few weeks is now my team so I've now officially been seconded and as of Saturday this week all the advisers are transferred to myself meaning I also get the manager bonus. This will now become my biggest achievement in life work wise and can only spell good things. The only downside to been seconded is that realistically at any time I could be put back into my normal role had the situation come that the role was no longer available.
Anyway other than the good news I've waited so long for after I did finish work today at 7pm I went off to do a bit of shopping at Meadowhall with Russel before then going to Vue cinema to watch Mirrors, we decided to upgrade our seats to the deluxe, more space and leg room and leather, may as well have some class lol. The film was actually really good so deffo a film I would recommend to see.
