Well after 3 days of doing well no smoking the job was failed, my fault really for not keeping note of how many patches I had left and they are a massive help for me, in fact they always work but me been me forgot to stock up and ran out and gave in
Shame on me, but I shall put myself in the mind set again once I've bought more patches and attempt again
